I’m writing to you today to provide an update from Q Underwriting and to explain how we’re going to support and communicate with you during this challenging period.
I would like to reiterate what I said in our previous statement on 18 March: we are prepared as much as possible for any disruption that may occur and there is currently no impact or reduction in service levels across Q Underwriting. Our business units are open for trading and ready to support brokers. This is still very much the case.
Though many of our staff are now working remotely, the existing contact details you have should continue to work, as redirects are in place. For Thistle Underwriting, we have published an updated contact sheet; for TFP Schemes, please see this update for contact information.
To help support brokers, we have created a Coronavirus microsite: www.Qunderwriting.com/coronavirus, which is home to all related updates, broker FAQs, support articles and resources.
Changes to the microsite and new FAQs, articles and resources will be communicated to you via our Broker Bulletin emails, which will be sent three times a week – at 0830 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We hope this allows you to digest the information at the start of your day, then we will not disturb you with additional communications unless there is an urgent need to do so. You can opt-out at the bottom of each email.
